What does it mean to be clairvoyant? Clairvoyant individuals see clearly beyond the five senses. We all can have the ability to see clearly but a lot of us have created blocks to seeing. Some of us have been strong clairvoyants since birth and others need to work a little harder to see clearly. Here are 11 simple steps to getting closer to being a Clairvoyant.
1. Learn what is your intuitive ability
We all have intuition but the way we see is different. It’s important you understand how you see so you can develop it. When you have intuition come to you do you see a picture? Do you feel it in your body? Does a voice speak to you? Or do you just get a feeling? Do you have your visions or messages while you sleep? Start noticing how your intuition speaks to you.
2. Be aware of what you put in your body
Avoid low vibrational foods. If you put inflammatory food in your body it will block you from seeing. Stay away from processed foods, non-organic, alcohol, meats, dairy, and soda. Drink lots of water. You will be stuck in the lower chakras if you aren’t mindful of what you put in your body.
3. Yoga and Meditation
You need to prepare your body to see. Mediation will help you get out of your mind and yoga will allow you to get to a higher vibration.
4. Connect with nature and the cosmos
Go on a walk and listen. Feel the energy of the trees and flowers. Nature is very alive and will help you become clairvoyant if you listen. Look up at the sky at night and feel the moon. Mother nature is there to guide you.
5. Self trust
In order to be clairvoyant, you have to trust what you see. If you doubt what you see it will make it harder on you. Learn how to trust yourself no matter what anyone else says. Most of the time when you see clearly others around you will not agree. You will have to be ok with this.
6. Third Eye- 6th Chakra
You will want to be in your 6th chakra in order to see. Close your eyes and bring your energy to your third eye (middle of the eye brows). Breathe deeply into that area. Practice connecting with your third eye every day. The more you practice the better you will get. Do this same practice after you meditate or do yoga. It will be a lot easier to get to.
Our imagination is the doorstep to clairvoyance. Children have a strong imagination and have a much easier time seeing. As we grow older we set up blocks to our imagination. You must open this door.
8. Start Practicing
Fake it before you make it. Pretend to be clairvoyant. When your phone rings guess who is calling you. When your friend has a story to tell you guess what it’s about. Have fun with it and know you don’t have to be right all the time.
9. Stay away from EMF devices
Electric Magnetic Frequencies (EMFs) that come from our phone, router, computer, smart meter, power lines etc. block us from our intuition. 10. Have a teacher
It’s important to have a guide who can help you as you develop your intuitive abilities. When you become clairvoyant, you will connect with your own spirit guides but until then you will need a teacher.
11. See a healer
